Draping

Project Brief: In this assignment, we are required go deeper into more complicated designs, using newly acquired draping technics. To develop and produce a toile of one design each for top and skirt of the chosen design on the torso.

Project Brief: An initiative towards sustainable fashion. With the concept of zero waste, we were challenged to create 5 mini torso-draped designs. After selecting 1 design out of the 5 a full-sized torso toile is to be draped and sewn. 

Project Brief: Further develop draping techniques to produce an evening gown dress design with a bustier top with a draped skirt. Bustier top will include boning and bra cup construction. Skirt must be produce with minimal waste or zero waste techniques with appropriate seam and finishing methods for construction.
